Closers and Verifiers

We are seeking experienced and confident Final Expense Closers to join our team. The ideal candidates will specialize in closing warm and live transfers generated by our front-end team. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to build rapport quickly, and a focus on meeting daily and weekly sales targets. Candidates must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining compliance with industry regulations.

Key Responsibilities

- Close Final Expense insurance deals on live and warm transfers.
- Build rapport with clients, identify their needs, and effectively pitch suitable Final Expense plans.
- Overcome objections while ensuring compliance with TCPA and DNC regulations.
- Consistently achieve daily and weekly closing targets.
- Maintain accurate call notes and update the CRM system promptly.
- Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to ensure call quality standards are met.

Required Qualifications

- Minimum of 6 months experience in Final Expense sales or a related field.
- Excellent American English accent with strong closing skills.
- In-depth knowledge of Final Expense products, insurance carriers, and objection handling techniques.
- Proven experience working with live transfers.
- Punctual, target-driven, and professional attitude.

Compensation

The monthly pay range for this position is Rs 50,000 to Rs 150,000, depending on experience and performance.

Work Location

This is an in-person role requiring candidates to work from the office.
