Microsystem IT Consultancy Services Ltd. is seeking a skilled Azure & On-Premises Infrastructure Engineer to join their team in Karachi. This full-time, on-site position involves managing, designing, and optimizing hybrid cloud and on-premises IT infrastructure. The role focuses on maintaining network security and performance, troubleshooting system issues, performing system administration, and ensuring smooth integration between cloud and local environments. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize hybrid IT environments combining Azure cloud services and on-premises infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system and network issues promptly to minimize downtime.
- Maintain network security protocols and monitor system performance to ensure stability and safety.
- Perform system administration tasks including updates, backups, and configuration management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement secure, scalable IT solutions.
- Ensure seamless integration between cloud and on-premises services to support business operations.
- Continuously evaluate infrastructure to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 2 to 4 years of experience in IT infrastructure and network management.
- Proficiency in infrastructure and system administration within hybrid IT environments.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Solid understanding of networking principles and network security best practices.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Azure cloud services and their integration with on-premises systems.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and organizational skills.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
