Digineox is seeking a skilled Cloud Engineer to join our team on a full-time, remote basis with US business-hours overlap. In this role, you will ensure our Digital Solutions and managed services environments remain reliable, secure, and cost-effective. Your responsibilities will include solving technical challenges, automating routine tasks, and enhancing deployment and operational processes. Weekly working hours and support coverage will be mutually agreed upon during the recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and manage cloud environments, including application deployments, monitoring, and backups. Troubleshoot issues related to infrastructure, connectivity, access, and deployments to ensure smooth operations. Continuously improve CI/CD pipelines and automate repetitive operational tasks to increase efficiency. Oversee configuration management, access controls, and optimize cloud resource usage and associated costs. Provide support for Coupa managed services environments and integrations. Plan and coordinate changes, manage dependencies, and document procedures to maintain operational clarity.
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of hands-on experience administering production cloud environments. Proficiency with deployment pipelines, scripting, monitoring tools, and infrastructure automation. Solid understanding of networking concepts, identity and access management, and cloud security best practices. Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to link technical issues to business impact. Reliable availability within an agreed-upon part-time schedule.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Experience working with SaaS applications, APIs, and enterprise integrations, particularly with Coupa, is highly desirable. Cloud certifications such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud are a plus. Experience in cloud cost optimization is beneficial. Compensation is competitive and set at or above local market rates based on skills, experience, and assessment outcomes. Benefits may include paid time off, health coverage, training, and professional development opportunities, depending on location and engagement terms.
Digineox offers a unique opportunity to make a real impact, as your work directly supports operations, finance, and procurement teams rather than remaining theoretical. You will gain broad exposure by working within a focused team that covers the full project lifecycle—from discovery and design through to go-live and ongoing support. Each team member receives career coaching and advocacy from a dedicated supervisor, alongside structured growth through formal training, hands-on coaching, and clearly defined career levels.
