We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive growth in our IT services portfolio, including Cloud Solutions, Network & Security, and Consulting Services. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of selling IT services within the UK market, strong communication skills, and the confidence to work independently and build relationships at all levels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the UK market across target industries.
  • Promote and sell the company’s IT services portfolio, including cloud solutions, network and security services, and IT consulting.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Lead end-to-end sales processes from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing.
  • Collaborate with internal technical and delivery teams to ensure solution alignment with client needs.
  • Attend client meetings, industry events, and trade shows as needed to build market presence.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline, and activity records using CRM tools.
  • Provide regular reports and insights to senior management on sales performance and market trends.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience selling IT services in the UK, including:
    • Cloud infrastructure and services
    • Network and cybersecurity solutions
    • IT consulting and professional services
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a B2B environment.
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Confident self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Proficient with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.

Desirable (Not Mandatory)

  • Existing client network within the UK IT industry.
  • Experience working with mid-market and enterprise clients.
  • Understanding of modern IT trends and digital transformation initiatives.
