Cloud Technical Specialist

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver expert technical and licensing support for Microsoft cloud solutions, ensuring an excellent customer experience for partners and end users.
- Provide specialized support for Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, Intune, and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).
- Troubleshoot and resolve identity and access management issues involving authentication, Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), user provisioning, and directory synchronization.
- Manage Microsoft Azure environments, including subscription administration, virtual machine (IaaS) management, network setup, VPN gateways, availability sets, monitoring, and resource consumption reporting.
- Act as the primary technical and licensing contact for Microsoft 365, Azure, and Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) offerings.
- Ensure timely resolution of support requests while consistently meeting established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Collaborate with Microsoft, partners, and internal teams to escalate and resolve complex technical challenges.
- Conduct technical consultations and provide daily operational support to customer administrators and IT teams.
- Stay updated on Microsoft cloud technologies, licensing programs, and industry trends through continuous learning and certification.
- Demonstrate flexibility by working across rotating shifts and adapting to evolving business and customer needs.

Required Qualifications
- Strong technical expertise in Microsoft 365, Microsoft Entra ID, Azure infrastructure, and cloud identity solutions.
- Solid understanding of Microsoft licensing models, CSP programs, subscriptions, and cloud consumption billing.
- Proven experience troubleshooting cloud infrastructure, networking, authentication, and end-user productivity services.
- Excellent customer service, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems such as Service-Now.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced support environment while maintaining a customer-first approach.
- Independent thinking and strong decision-making abilities are essential for this role.
