Cluster Coordinator

Teletaleem is seeking a dedicated and experienced Cluster Coordinator to oversee and support the operations of schools within the Khairan cluster in Gujrat. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in educational projects, particularly in school monitoring and teacher training. This full-time role requires in-person presence and offers a monthly salary ranging from Rs40,000 to Rs50,000. The Cluster Coordinator will play a vital role in ensuring effective program implementation and staff management across multiple schools.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular visits to schools within the cluster to evaluate the progress and quality of program implementation.
- Monitor the overall performance of schools and the area to ensure compliance with educational standards and project goals.
- Manage the recruitment and hiring process for staff members within the cluster.
- Collect and maintain accurate data related to school activities, staff performance, and program outcomes.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a recognized institution.
- 3 to 4 years of relevant experience working on educational projects, with a focus on school monitoring and teacher training.
- Strong organizational and communication skills to effectively manage multiple schools and coordinate with staff.

Work Location and Employment Details:
- This position requires the candidate to work on-site in Khairan, Gujrat.
- The role is offered on a full-time basis with a competitive monthly salary between Rs40,000 and Rs50,000.
