Cluster Coordinator - Kharian

Teletaleem is seeking a dedicated and experienced professional for the position of Cluster Coordinator based in Khairan, Gujrat. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of relevant experience in educational projects, particularly in school monitoring and teacher training. This full-time, in-person role involves overseeing and supporting the operations of multiple schools within the assigned cluster to ensure effective program implementation and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and support the day-to-day operations of schools within the cluster to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Conduct regular visits to schools to monitor and assess the implementation of educational programs and initiatives.
- Perform area and school-level monitoring to identify challenges and opportunities for improvement.
- Manage the hiring process for staff within the cluster, ensuring recruitment of qualified personnel.
- Collect, compile, and analyze data related to school performance and program outcomes to inform decision-making and reporting.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Social Sciences, or a related field.
- 3-4 years of relevant experience working on educational projects, with a strong focus on school monitoring and teacher training.
- Proven ability to manage multiple schools or educational sites effectively.
- Strong organizational and communication skills to coordinate with school staff and project teams.
- Experience in data collection and analysis to support program evaluation.
