MEP Solutions Pvt. Ltd., a reputable contracting firm specializing in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) works, is seeking a dedicated full-time Construction Manager (Mechanical) to join its team in Karachi. As a sister company of IZHAR Construction Company Pvt Ltd., MEP Solutions is currently engaged in high-profile projects including the MAE and Suzuki high-rise buildings. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and direct construction projects from initial conception through to completion, including detailed project review to schedule deliverables and estimate costs accurately.
- Coordinate and supervise construction workers and subcontractors to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to project timelines.
- Manage all mechanical aspects of the projects, including heating and cooling systems, refrigeration, piping, and plumbing installations.
- Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and other specialists to ensure design intent and technical requirements are met.
- Conduct regular site visits throughout various project phases such as bid walks, preconstruction walks, in-progress inspections, punch walks, and project closeouts. Attend status and coordination meetings to maintain clear communication among stakeholders.
- Perform and document quality assurance and safety inspections consistently to maintain a safe work environment and ensure tools and equipment are in proper working condition.
- Maintain and update the Scope of Work (SOW) and preconstruction documents, while fulfilling contract obligations by building strong relationships with reliable contractors and vendors.
- Respond promptly and effectively to any work delays, emergencies, or unforeseen disruptions to minimize impact on project delivery.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of experience managing new construction and remodeling projects, demonstrating strong leadership and project management skills.
- Solid knowledge of construction methods, technologies, and the ability to interpret technical drawings and contractual documents.
- Familiarity with building code requirements and effective scheduling techniques.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously without compromising quality.
- Comprehensive understanding of construction site safety practices and regulations.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering is highly desirable.
