MEP Solutions Pvt. Ltd., a reputable contracting firm specializing in comprehensive Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) services, is seeking a dedicated full-time Construction Manager (Mechanical) to join our team in Karachi. This role will focus on the MAE and Suzuki high-rise building projects. As a sister company to IZHAR Construction Company Pvt Ltd., MEP Solutions is committed to delivering high-quality construction management from project inception through to completion.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion, ensuring all deliverables are scheduled and costs accurately estimated.
- Coordinate and supervise construction workers and subcontractors to meet contractual performance standards.
- Manage all mechanical aspects of the projects, including heating, cooling systems, refrigeration, piping, and plumbing installations.
- Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and other specialists to ensure project alignment and quality.
- Conduct regular site visits throughout all construction phases, including bid walks, preconstruction assessments, progress inspections, punch walks, and project closeouts. Attend status and coordination meetings to maintain project momentum.
- Perform and document quality assurance and safety inspections consistently, ensuring a safe work environment and proper maintenance of tools and equipment.
- Maintain and update Statements of Work (SOW) and preconstruction documents, while fostering strong relationships with reliable contractors and vendors to fulfill contract obligations.
- Respond promptly and effectively to any work delays, emergencies, or disruptions that may arise during the project lifecycle.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience managing new construction and remodeling projects with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, technologies, and the ability to interpret technical drawings and contracts accurately.
- Familiarity with building code requirements and scheduling methodologies to ensure compliance and efficient project timelines.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously without compromising quality.
- Comprehensive understanding of construction worksite safety practices to maintain a secure working environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering is highly desirable.
