We are looking for a passionate and skilled Android App Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong command of Java/Kotlin and experience in building high-quality Android apps, especially tools and utility-based applications. You will be responsible for developing new apps from scratch, maintaining existing ones, and integrating third-party APIs where required.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain Android applications with a focus on tools and utility apps.
Write clean, scalable, and efficient code in Java and/or Kotlin.
Integrate third-party APIs (REST, JSON, etc.) as required.
Optimize applications for speed, performance, and user experience.
Debug and troubleshoot issues to improve app performance and stability.
Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement features.
Ensure apps meet Google Play policies and requirements.
Skills & Qualifications:
Proficient in Java and/or Kotlin.
Strong knowledge of Android SDK, Android Studio, and app lifecycle.
Experience with third-party libraries and RESTful APIs.
Familiarity with Google Play Store publishing and app signing process.
Ability to write clean, maintainable code and follow best practices.
Experience in tools/utility app development is highly desirable.
Basic understanding of version control (Git).
Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Nice to Have:
Experience with AdMob or other monetization SDKs.
Ability to work with modern UI designs and custom layouts.
Familiarity with Material Design principles.
Knowledge of in-app billing or subscriptions.
