CMS Developer (Expert)

We are looking for a skilled Senior CMS Developer to join our team in Karachi, Nazimabad No 1, working night shifts from 9 PM to 6 AM. The successful candidate will take charge of leading the web development team and managing CMS-based projects from initial planning through to deployment. This role requires a combination of strong technical knowledge, leadership capabilities, and the ability to handle multiple projects efficiently while ensuring high-quality deliverables. The salary range for this position is between PKR 50,000 and PKR 80,000 per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and support the development team to enhance their skills and productivity.
- Manage CMS website projects, ensuring they are completed on time and meet quality standards.
- Review code regularly to maintain and improve development quality.
- Coordinate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders to understand project requirements and provide updates.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize disruptions.
- Monitor project progress closely to ensure successful execution and delivery.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 to 2 years of hands-on experience in CMS development.
- At least 1 year of experience in leading a team or managing projects.
- Strong expertise in popular CMS platforms such as WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, or similar.
- Proficiency in front-end and back-end technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to lead teams and solve problems effectively.
- Strong organizational skills to manage deadlines and deliver high-quality solutions consistently.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Fluent English communication skills are preferred to facilitate smooth interaction with clients and team members.
- Experience working in an in-person setting is required, as the role is based onsite.
