CMS Developer (Front-End)

We are currently looking for an experienced CMS Developer with a strong front-end focus to join our dynamic team. This role involves building, optimizing, and maintaining responsive, high-performance websites within both traditional and headless CMS environments. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to translate designs into clean, accessible code, manage dynamic content, and integrate third-party services to create seamless digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
- Front-End & CMS Development: Develop, maintain, and enhance reusable web components and site templates based on design files. Ensure cross-browser compatibility, responsive design, web accessibility, and adherence to SEO best practices.
- Content Management & Publishing: Manage content editing, page creation, media handling, rich text updates, and content migrations within various CMS platforms.
- Integrations & Architecture: Implement third-party API integrations and collaborate on configuring content models, publishing workflows, and dynamic templates for both traditional and headless CMS architectures.
- Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve front-end, styling, layout, and content rendering issues promptly.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work effectively with Project Managers, UI/UX Designers, QA Engineers, and international clients within an Agile development environment.

Required Qualifications:
- CMS Expertise: Minimum of 3 years of hands-on development experience with at least two CMS platforms such as Sitecore, WordPress, Drupal, Contentful, or Strapi.
- Headless & Traditional Web Architecture: Strong understanding of CMS architecture, including component creation, content modeling, templates, and publishing workflows.
- Core Front-End Technologies: Advanced skills in HTML5, CSS3/SCSS, and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
- Modern Frameworks: Practical experience with React or Next.js frameworks.
- Integrations & Version Control: Proven ability to integrate third-party APIs and use Git for version control within Agile workflows.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal English communication skills to interact directly with clients and collaborate with team members.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Experience with Sitecore XM Cloud or headless Sitecore deployments is highly desirable.
- Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) is considered a strong advantage.
- Familiarity with integration of Coveo or similar enterprise search tools is a plus.
- Holding official CMS certifications such as Sitecore, AEM, or Contentful will be beneficial.
