CMS Developer (Mid-Level)

Techversol is looking for a skilled and experienced CMS Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in content management systems and web development, focusing on building and maintaining efficient, user-friendly websites. This role involves working closely with a cross-functional team to implement and customize CMS solutions tailored to the organization’s needs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain CMS solutions according to project requirements.
- Customize and extend CMS platforms to improve functionality and enhance user experience.
- Collaborate with designers, front-end developers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth integration of design and functionality.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to CMS performance, security, and integration.
- Stay informed about the latest trends and best practices in CMS development.
- Create detailed documentation for CMS implementations, configurations, and customizations.
- Optimize websites for speed, scalability, and responsiveness.
- Work with other developers to integrate back-end systems.
- Conduct testing and quality assurance to maintain the reliability and stability of CMS implementations.
- Provide technical support and training to content editors and other users.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a CMS Developer or in a similar role.
- Proficiency with CMS platforms such as WordPress, Shopify, and Wix.
- Strong skills in web development languages including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
- Experience with database management systems, particularly MySQL.
- Familiarity with web servers, hosting environments, and version control systems.
- Solid understanding of responsive web design principles.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience using GitHub for version control.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Certification in CMS development or a related field is an advantage.
- Experience with e-commerce platforms and integrations.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices.
- Contributions to open-source projects or a strong GitHub profile are considered a plus.

This is a full-time position with night shift hours from 5 PM to 2 AM. The role requires working on-site at our office located in Karachi, Sindh. The monthly salary range for this position is Rs40,000 to Rs50,000. Candidates should be available to work the specified night shift hours.
