CMS Website QA & Proofreader

Zetech Solutions, located in Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi, is looking for a detail-oriented CMS Website QA & Proofreader to join their team full-time on-site. The ideal candidate will have practical experience working with CMS platforms and a solid understanding of website development. This role involves thoroughly reviewing websites created by the internal development team to ensure they meet client specifications, including content accuracy, design consistency, and requested updates. The position requires close collaboration with developers to identify issues, track changes requested by clients, and ensure every project is delivered with the highest quality. The working hours are Monday to Saturday, from 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM, with a monthly salary ranging from PKR 40,000 to 50,000.

Key Responsibilities
- Review websites developed by the team to confirm they align with client requirements and project specifications.
- Verify that all website components—pages, sections, content, images, buttons, forms, links, and menus—are correctly placed and fully functional.
- Conduct comprehensive reviews of CMS-based websites to ensure proper content implementation and structural integrity.
- Compare completed websites against client requirements and requested changes to guarantee accuracy.
- Identify missing, incorrect, or incomplete elements and communicate these issues clearly to developers.
- Coordinate with developers on pending tasks, corrections, and client-requested updates.
- Regularly follow up with developers to monitor progress on each website project.
- Maintain detailed records of completed tasks, pending changes, and outstanding fixes.
- Re-check websites after developers implement changes to confirm corrections have been properly applied.
- Ensure no client requirement or requested change is overlooked.
- Perform final quality assurance checks before websites are delivered to clients.
- Report bugs, layout inconsistencies, content errors, and functionality problems to the relevant developers.
- Organize project updates and communicate website status to management.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience working with CMS-based websites is essential.
- Strong understanding of website development processes and website structure.
- Experience with CMS platforms such as WordPress or similar systems.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and website functionality is advantageous.
- Ability to interpret client requirements and translate them into practical website quality checks.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication and follow-up skills.
- Ability to coordinate efficiently with web developers.
- Capability to manage multiple website projects simultaneously and track their progress.
- Proficient English reading and comprehension skills.
- Highly organized, responsible, and proactive in following up on pending tasks.
- Willingness and ability to work on-site during specified hours (6 PM to 3 AM, Monday to Saturday).
