CMS / WordPress Developer

Key Responsibilities
- Website Development: Develop, customize, and maintain websites using CMS platforms such as WordPress and Shopify.
- Frontend Implementation: Convert Figma and PSD designs into pixel-perfect, responsive, and interactive websites using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Customization & Functionality: Build custom themes, plugins, modules, and integrations to create tailored user experiences.
- Performance Optimization: Enhance site speed, improve SEO, and ensure compatibility across browsers and mobile devices.
- Maintenance & Security: Conduct regular updates, backups, troubleshooting, and security audits to maintain website integrity.

Required Qualifications
- CMS Expertise: Strong knowledge of WordPress, including Elementor and WooCommerce.
- Frontend Technologies: Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design frameworks.
- Backend Knowledge: Understanding of PHP (especially for WordPress) or similar backend languages.
- Tools: Experience with Git, version control systems, and API integrations.
- Experience: Typically 1 to 3+ years of professional web development experience.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- A portfolio showcasing previous projects is essential to demonstrate practical skills and creativity.
- A degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or equivalent relevant experience is preferred.
- The position offers a monthly salary range of Rs40,000 to Rs50,000.
- This role requires working on-site, providing direct collaboration opportunities with designers, marketers, and clients.
