The CNC Designer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Talagang. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and modifying CNC programs and design files to machine parts with precision and efficiency. This role requires interpreting engineering drawings, collaborating closely with production and engineering teams, optimizing tool paths, and conducting test runs to ensure program accuracy and compliance with safety standards. The CNC Designer will also troubleshoot design and machine issues, coordinate with electrical and instrumentation specialists as necessary, and maintain thorough documentation of designs, revisions, and production results.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and modify CNC programs and design files for machining parts, ensuring accuracy and adherence to technical specifications.
- Interpret engineering drawings and technical schematics to guide CNC programming and machining processes.
- Collaborate with production, engineering, and maintenance teams to optimize machining efficiency and resolve technical challenges.
- Perform test runs and validate CNC programs to ensure quality and safety compliance.

Required Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Electrical Engineering with practical experience in electrical design for industrial machinery or automation systems.
- Hands-on skills in electrical controls and instrumentation to support CNC equipment operation and integration.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot electrical and control-related issues on CNC machines effectively.
- Experience with CNC programming, CAD/CAM software, and mechanical design principles relevant to machining processes.
- Diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related technical field.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings, schematics, and equipment manuals with a strong attention to detail.
