- Perform minor repairs and calibrations on equipment and contact the appropriate party to perform major repairs
- Maintain a listing of all equipment and locations for research group access
- Serve as liaison between Environmental Health and Safety and faculty members for all training and safety requirements
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Assists in other departments such as Supply Chain, Sales and/or Field Services as assigned
- Evaluate samples for hardness, IGA, coating thickness, weld characteristics
- Operates panel saws, edge banding, cnc router, CNC laser machine,
- Ensuring the provision of efficient and high quality engineering services, to a high level of quality assurance
