Chaplet International Pvt. Ltd., a reputable metal fabrication manufacturing company located near Ferozepur Road, Lahore, is seeking a skilled CNC Operator & Programmer with expertise in CNC Turning and CNC Wire-Cut machines. This full-time, permanent position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic production environment where precision and quality are paramount. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient machine operation and programming to meet production goals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and program CNC Turning and CNC Wire-Cut machines with accuracy and efficiency.
- Set up machines by selecting appropriate tools and adjusting machining parameters to optimize performance.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications, and component dimensions to ensure precise machining.
- Maintain high standards of quality and accuracy throughout the machining process.
- Monitor machine performance, troubleshoot operational issues promptly, and minimize downtime to maintain productivity.
- Perform routine maintenance on machine tools and strictly adhere to safety protocols.
- Meet daily production targets while maintaining consistent quality.

Required Qualifications:
- 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in CNC machine operation and programming, specifically with CNC Turning and CNC Wire-Cut machines.
- Strong ability to interpret technical drawings and understand machining processes thoroughly.
- Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Immediate availability to join will be considered an advantage.
- Candidates must be based in Lahore to be eligible for an interview.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
The company offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs. 45,000 to Rs. 55,000. Employees are entitled to paid leave during the probation period, including casual and sick leave. Additional benefits include EOBI, Provident Fund, annual leave encashment, an annual bonus, life insurance, and an annual increment every July. The organization also provides pick and drop services from Chungi Amarsidhu, Ramzan ration distribution, and performance-based annual awards.
