CNC Programmer Turning & 3/4 Axis Machining

We are seeking a full-time CNC Programmer to join our team in Lahore, Pakistan. This on-site role operates during the morning shift and focuses on developing and troubleshooting CNC programs for turning and 3/4-axis machining operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selecting appropriate tools and cutting parameters, improving cycle times, interpreting engineering drawings, and providing ongoing support to production teams to ensure efficient manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and troubleshoot CNC programs for turning and multi-axis machining.
- Select suitable tools and cutting parameters to optimize machining operations.
- Interpret and analyze engineering drawings to create accurate CNC programs.
- Continuously work on improving cycle times to enhance production efficiency.
- Collaborate with production teams to provide technical support and resolve machining issues.
- Utilize CAD/CAM software to design and simulate machining processes.
- Maintain documentation related to CNC programming and machining procedures.

Required Qualifications

- Proven experience in CNC programming, specifically for turning and 3/4-axis machining.
- Proficiency in G-Code and M-Code programming languages.
- Strong knowledge of CAD/CAM software such as Mastercam and SolidCAM.
- Solid understanding of machining processes and tool selection.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings accurately.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills to work collaboratively with production and engineering teams.
