We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate individual to support the academic and personal growth of children within our educational setting. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and well-being of students while promoting their religious knowledge, personal grooming, and social development. Working closely with the main teacher, this position involves providing personalized instruction and maintaining a nurturing and structured learning environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise children at all times to ensure their safety and physical well-being.
- Teach Sunnah etiquettes and religious knowledge, alongside encouraging good personal grooming habits.
- Independently oversee children as directed by the main teacher.
- Participate in regular classroom reviews with the main teacher to evaluate student progress and discuss instructional strategies.
- Guide children in their work and facilitate small group instruction to offer personalized attention.
- Collaborate in assessing students’ understanding and progress to tailor curriculum delivery effectively.
- Assist with individual and group activities that foster social, emotional, and academic development.
Required Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to follow an established work schedule and manage multiple tasks efficiently under tight deadlines.
- Solid knowledge of Faraidh and Wajibaat.
- High energy level and strong self-motivation.
- Competency in arts and crafts.
- Proficiency in computer operating systems, software applications, and educational technologies.
Preferred Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum educational qualification of Intermediate/A Levels; a Graduate degree is preferred.
- Additional certifications such as Montessori Diploma or Early Childhood Education (ECE) diploma/degree are highly desirable.
- While fresh candidates are welcome, 6 to 12 months of relevant experience is preferred.
