- Performing daily Lab tasks.
- Reviewing and approving new formulations, labels, shelf life extensions, repacks and in-house preparations.
- Writing, reviewing and approving Quality documentation, including validation protocols and reports, change controls and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) deviations.
- Observing and complying with company Health and Safety Policies.
- Observing and complying with company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Conduct the assigned lab tests to ensure that tests are conducted in compliance with approved practices and procedures.
- Communicating and secure changes in product requirements.
- Devising, establishing & communicate a company\\\'s quality procedures, standards and specifications;
- Conduct preliminary patent searches on potential new inventions/applications.
- Develop, recommend and monitor corrective and preventive actions.
- Prepare reports to communicate outcomes of quality activities.
- Maintain and update laboratory databases
- Provide management with regular progress reports of tests
- Any other tasks assigned by management.
