We are seeking a MERN Stack Developer with 3+ years of hands-on experience in building web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and should be available for night shift (08:00 PM – 05:00 AM), Monday to Friday, at our on-site office in Karachi.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using the MERN stack.
Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use.
Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services.
Collaborate with UI/UX designers and other developers to deliver high-quality products.
Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
Troubleshoot, test, and maintain the core product software to ensure strong functionality and optimization.
Participate in daily standups and sprint planning sessions.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience with the MERN stack.
Proficient in JavaScript (ES6+), React.js, Node.js, and MongoDB.
Experience with Express.js and building RESTful APIs.
Solid understanding of front-end technologies, including HTML5 and CSS3.
Familiarity with version control systems, especially Git.
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
Willingness to work night shifts on-site.
Nice to Have
Experience with TypeScript and Redux.
Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, Firebase, or Heroku.
Familiarity with Docker and CI/CD pipelines.
Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
