Experience: 3 Years (Min)
Responsibilities:Launch & optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, UAC, Performance Max)
Run Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) and TikTok Ads with ROI goals
Drive app installs at competitive CPI
Generate leads with compelling creatives and landing pages
Set up & manage tracking: GA4, TikTok Pixel, Meta Pixel, Firebase
Optimize campaigns based on ROAS, CPL, CTR, and CPI
Work closely with the creative team on ad copy, hooks, and visuals
Weekly performance reporting and growth analysis
Minimum 4 years of experience with Google, Meta, and TikTok Ads
Must have experience running mobile app install campaigns
Strong understanding of conversion tracking, attribution, and analytics
Results-driven with proven ROAS on past campaigns
Ability to write high-performing ad copy and direct designers
Familiarity with ASO (App Store Optimization)
Experience with B2C services or digital products
