• Develop and implement policies and procedures for the operation, maintenance, and repair of all facilities.
  • Oversee day-to-day administrative operations, including managing office supplies, equipment, and resources.
  • Develop and manage administrative/facility budgets and ensure that all expenditures are within budgetary guidelines.
  • Ensure all buildings and facilities are maintained to a high standard, with appropriate cleaning, maintenance, and repair services in a timely manner.
  • Manage all facilities service providers and contractors, overseeing all contracts and ensuring all activities are compliant with all regulatory requirements and organizational policies and procedures.
  • Liaise with internal departments, external vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure all facilities-related issues are resolved quickly and efficiently.
  • Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and conferences.
  • Maintain and organize physical and electronic records, documents, and files
