We are seeking a skilled and experienced Technical Manager specializing in Engineering to lead our electrical safety audits, inspections, testing, maintenance projects, and technical sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background combined with excellent communication skills to drive our business forward.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and execute electrical safety audits, inspections, testing, and maintenance activities.
- Lead technical sales efforts, including client engagement and marketing of electrical services.
- Proven experience in handling transformers, LT panels, generators, grounding systems, and electrical testing procedures.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and electrical regulations.
- Provide technical guidance and support to the team.
- Develop and implement strategies for electrical testing and system improvements.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Diploma of Associate Engineering (DAE) in Electrical Engineering with extensive practical experience, or
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering (BSc Electrical Engineering).
- Strong knowledge of electrical safety standards and testing protocols.
Skills & Competencies:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for technical sales and client interactions.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects effectively.
