Coffee Expert

Amalfii Cafe is seeking enthusiastic and skilled Baristas / Coffee Experts to join their team across multiple locations including Lahore (Sabzazar and MM Alam Road) and Sialkot (Agoki). The ideal candidates will have a solid understanding of specialty coffee, espresso preparation, and café operations. This full-time role involves delivering high-quality coffee beverages while ensuring excellent customer service and maintaining café standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare a variety of coffee beverages such as lattes, cappuccinos, Americanos, and mochas with consistency and precision.
- Operate espresso machines and coffee grinders efficiently and professionally.
- Ensure the quality, presentation, and taste of coffee meet the café’s standards.
- Demonstrate expertise in coffee beans, brewing methods, milk steaming, and latte art.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and adhere to food safety regulations within the café.
- Provide outstanding customer service to enhance the café experience.
- Manage coffee inventory and strictly follow standard recipes to maintain consistency.

Required Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Barista or Coffee Expert is preferred.
- Proficient knowledge of espresso machines and coffee preparation techniques.
- Strong communication skills and ability to engage effectively with customers.
- Capability to work efficiently in a fast-paced café environment.
- Genuine passion for coffee quality and customer satisfaction.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Candidates with prior experience in specialty coffee and café operations will be highly regarded. Amalfii Cafe offers a competitive salary ranging from PKR 50,000 to 70,000 per month, depending on experience and skills. The company provides accommodation and one meal during duty hours.
