Coffee Machine Technician

The Coffee Machine Technician role is a full-time, on-site position based in Islāmābād. The technician will be responsible for installing, commissioning, and configuring espresso machines, grinders, and related coffee equipment at client locations. This position requires hands-on technical expertise to ensure all machinery operates efficiently and safely, contributing to the overall customer experience and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
- Install, commission, and configure espresso machines, grinders, and associated coffee equipment at various client sites.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to mechanical, electrical, and water filtration systems.
- Perform repairs and conduct preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
- Visit customer locations regularly to provide on-site service and support.
- Complete detailed service reports and documentation following each visit.
- Advise clients on proper equipment use and maintenance best practices.
- Coordinate with the operations team to manage inventory of parts, tools, and schedule service visits efficiently.
- Identify recurring technical problems and suggest improvements to maintenance procedures and service protocols.
- Adhere strictly to safety standards and protocols while handling equipment and tools.

Required Qualifications
- Strong skills in equipment maintenance and preventive maintenance for coffee machinery.
- Basic understanding of espresso machine and grinder operations.
- Proficient troubleshooting abilities covering mechanical, electrical, and water filtration components.
- General knowledge of machinery, including safe tool usage and compliance with safety guidelines.
- Previous experience in field service, technical support, or equipment installation, preferably within the coffee or food service industry.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, wiring diagrams, and follow structured service procedures accurately.
- Good written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with clients and document service activities.
- Capacity to work independently in the field, manage time efficiently, and travel within the region as required.
- A relevant technical diploma or certification in mechanical, electrical, or electronics disciplines is highly advantageous.
