Admin manager is responsible for the efficient handling of all administrative work at company premises and support in operations. 

The Admin manager’s purpose is to:

  • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
  • Support managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication.
  • Responsible for confidential and time sensitive material.
  • Able to effectively communicate via phone and email ensuring that all Admin Officer duties are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner.

Responsibilities Include:

  • All office administrative tasks including Arranging daily deliveries from and to office Manage office supplies stock and place orders Answer queries by employees and clients Update office policies as needed Maintain a company calendar and schedule appointments Distribute and store correspondence (e.g. letters, emails and packages)Arranging cleaners and coordinating with security to ensure warehouse and office are in good condition Supporting other teams to ensure efficient office operations Inventory management Stock checks and control Additional ad hoc tasks to support CEO
