Cold Caller & Appointment Setter

Dial Globe is seeking motivated and results-oriented Cold Callers and Appointment Setters to join its expanding sales team based in Johar Town, Lahore. This full-time, on-site role offers an exciting opportunity to work during US business hours, engaging with potential clients to generate qualified sales opportunities. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients with the goal of setting appointments and generating sales leads.
- Engage prospects in fluent, conversational English to build rapport and qualify opportunities.
- Consistently achieve daily and weekly key performance indicators (KPIs) related to call volume, appointments set, and sales conversions.
- Handle objections professionally and maintain a positive attitude during phone interactions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads for closing.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and appointments in the company CRM system.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 6 months experience in outbound telemarketing, cold calling, or appointment setting.
- Fluent English communication skills, both spoken and written, with the ability to engage prospects confidently.
- Strong target-driven mindset focused on meeting and exceeding KPIs.
- Excellent phone etiquette and objection-handling skills.
- Ability to work the assigned shift from 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM PKT, Monday through Friday.
