Our client, GlobalEasyHire, is seeking a motivated Cold Caller to join their team in Lahore. This is a full-time, onsite position working the night shift to cater to the US market. The ideal candidate will not only make calls but also effectively sell digital marketing services by engaging with international clients, understanding their business needs, overcoming objections, and generating qualified meetings for the sales team. Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound B2B cold calls to potential clients across various industries.
- Introduce and promote a range of digital marketing services, including SEO, AEO/GEO, Social Media Marketing, Website Development, and more.
- Identify prospects and gain a clear understanding of their business requirements.
- Handle objections skillfully to create genuine interest in the services offered.
- Qualify leads effectively and schedule meetings for the sales team to follow up.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of calls and leads in the CRM system.
- Consistently achieve daily and monthly targets related to calls made and leads generated.

Required Qualifications

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in cold calling or outbound sales.
- Strong English communication skills, both verbal and conversational, to confidently interact with international clients.
- Proven ability to handle objections and persuade potential clients.
