Cold Caller

We are seeking a confident and motivated Cold Caller to join our team at Gulberg Greens, Islamabad. This full-time, on-site position involves reaching out to potential clients to introduce our services and generate qualified leads. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a persuasive demeanor, and the ability to convert cold prospects into valuable business opportunities. Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential clients and businesses to introduce Wyxan's services.
- Identify and qualify sales opportunities through effective communication.
- Generate leads and schedule meetings for the sales team to follow up on.
- Conduct follow-ups via calls, emails, and other communication channels to nurture prospects.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of calls, conversations, and lead status within the CRM system.
- Handle objections professionally while ensuring a positive experience for potential clients.
- Achieve daily and monthly targets related to calling volume, lead generation, and appointment setting.
- Research and maintain an organized list of prospective clients to maximize outreach efficiency.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in cold calling, telemarketing, lead generation, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to engage decision-makers.
- Strong ability to handle objections and maintain professionalism during conversations.
- Good command of English, especially important when targeting international clients.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, lead tracking, and basic sales processes.
- Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset and the ability to work independently.

Compensation and Work Environment
The position offers a monthly salary ranging from Rs50,000 to Rs60,000. This role requires on-site presence at our Gulberg Greens office in Islamabad, providing an opportunity to work closely with the sales team and contribute directly to business growth.
