Cold Caller

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Virtual Cold Caller to join our remote team focused on the US real estate market. The ideal candidate will confidently make outbound calls, quickly build rapport, and generate high-quality leads to support our sales efforts. Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound cold calls to potential leads and property owners across the US.
- Qualify leads by gathering essential information and assessing interest.
- Handle objections professionally while building trust and rapport with prospects.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, lead status, and follow-up actions.
- Follow provided call scripts, adapting naturally to the flow of conversations.
- Consistently meet daily and weekly call and lead generation targets.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 months proven experience in cold calling; real estate experience is highly preferred.
- Good understanding of US real estate concepts and terminology.
- Excellent spoken English with a neutral and clear accent.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work comfortably within US time zones and hours.
- Own a reliable laptop or computer and have a stable internet connection.
- Maintain a quiet, distraction-free workspace suitable for professional calls.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and open to coaching and feedback.
