Cold Caller

Vteck Solutions is seeking confident and motivated professionals fluent in English to join our team as Remote Cold Callers. This role involves engaging potential clients through cold calling, requiring excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor. The position offers a fully remote work environment with a fixed schedule from 6 PM to 3 AM (PKT). Candidates with prior cold calling experience who can maintain a reliable and professional workspace are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective clients in a professional and courteous manner.
- Effectively communicate the company’s products or services to generate interest and leads.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and client interactions.
- Follow up on leads and schedule appointments as required.
- Demonstrate persistence and resilience in handling objections and rejections.
- Adhere to company policies and maintain confidentiality of client information.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in cold calling or a similar sales role.
- Excellent verbal and non-verbal English communication skills, with a clear accent and professional etiquette.
- Access to a stable internet connection with a backup to ensure uninterrupted work.
- Availability of power backup to maintain consistent connectivity during working hours.
- Personal laptop or computer equipped for professional use.
- Good-quality headset suitable for clear and effective communication.
- A quiet and professional workspace conducive to making calls without distractions.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Salary package ranges from PKR 50,000 to 70,000, with an additional attendance allowance.
- The position is 100% remote, offering flexibility and convenience.
- Working hours are fixed from 6 PM to 3 AM (PKT), suitable for candidates comfortable with evening shifts.
