Cold Caller

We are looking for a confident and motivated Cold Caller to join our team for a night shift role. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in cold calling and possess excellent communication skills along with a professional and persuasive attitude. This position requires someone comfortable working during night hours who is driven to achieve targets while efficiently managing calls, follow-ups, and potential leads.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound cold calls to potential clients during night shifts
- Engage prospects with clear and convincing communication to generate interest
- Manage follow-ups and maintain accurate records of calls and leads
- Meet or exceed daily and monthly call and sales targets
- Maintain a professional and confident demeanor on all calls
- Collaborate with the team to improve scripts and sales techniques

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 months of cold calling experience
- Excellent verbal communication and persuasive skills
- Proficient in English speaking and comprehension
- Confident and professional attitude on the phone
- Ability to work night shifts consistently
- Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset
