Cold Caller

We are seeking motivated and confident Cold Callers to join our team. The ideal candidate will be target-oriented, skilled in client communication, and capable of engaging potential clients effectively. This role involves making outbound calls, handling objections professionally, and consistently achieving daily and monthly targets. Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound cold calls to potential clients with confidence and professionalism.
- Engage prospects by building rapport and effectively handling objections.
- Achieve and exceed daily and monthly sales or engagement targets.
- Maintain a positive and persuasive approach to convert conversations into business opportunities.
- Work collaboratively with the team to meet overall company goals.
- Adapt to the night shift schedule and maintain high performance during working hours.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum education level: O/A Levels.
- Experience: 6 months to 1 year in cold calling or a similar tele-sales role.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with strong negotiation abilities.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed targets consistently.
- Demonstrated skill in client handling, including objection management and professional engagement.
- Confident, persuasive, motivated, and results-driven mindset.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Comfortable working the night shift from 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM.
- Competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs60,000 to Rs75,000.
