Cold Caller

We are seeking a dedicated Cold Caller (Customer Service Representative) to join our team on a full-time basis, working the night shift from 7:00 PM to 3:00 AM (PST). The position is based in Johar Town, Lahore, with working days from Monday to Friday and alternate Saturdays. The role involves making outbound calls to property owners in the USA, identifying potential sellers, and presenting cash offer benefits. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound cold calls to property owners in the USA to identify motivated sellers.
- Clearly communicate the advantages of receiving cash offers for their properties.
- Collect and accurately document information regarding property condition, seller motivation, and timelines.
- Handle inquiries and objections professionally and confidently during calls.
- Maintain detailed call logs and update CRM systems with all relevant interactions.
- Work collaboratively with the team to improve outreach strategies and achieve campaign goals.

Required Qualifications:
- Exceptional English communication skills with a clear and understandable accent.
- Confidence and professionalism when engaging clients over the phone.
- Ability to work during the EST time zone hours (7:00 PM to 3:00 AM Pakistan Time).
- Minimum of one year of experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or customer service is required.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a results-oriented approach.
- Candidates with excellent English proficiency but no prior experience are also encouraged to apply.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Previous experience in cold calling or telemarketing is highly valued.
- Competitive salary range of PKR 60,000 to 80,000 per month, depending on experience, plus commission incentives.
