Cold Caller

We are seeking a motivated Cold Caller to join our team in Johar Town, Lahore. This is a strictly office-based role with working hours from 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM PKT, six days a week, with alternate Saturdays off. The ideal candidate will have prior cold calling experience and be comfortable engaging with UK and international businesses. This role offers a competitive salary package with a basic pay of up to PKR 80,000 plus a 5% commission on every successful conversion.

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to UK and international business leads provided by the company.
- Book discovery calls with interested prospects to explore potential opportunities.
- Consistently follow up with prospects until a final decision is obtained.
- Accurately log call notes, outcomes, and schedule follow-up dates.
- Meet daily targets for calls made and appointments booked.

Required Qualifications
- Excellent spoken English with clear and confident phone communication skills.
- Proven cold calling experience; candidates should include specific performance metrics in their CV.
- Strong persistence and follow-up skills, demonstrating resilience beyond initial rejections.
- Highly organized in managing notes, tracking sheets, and scheduling callbacks.
- Proactive attitude, capable of working independently without constant supervision.
- Willingness to work evening hours from the office location.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

- Background in B2B sales or appointment setting will be considered an advantage.
- Familiarity with dialer systems, CRM software, or Google Sheets for tracking calls and leads.
