Cold Caller

We are currently seeking motivated and confident Cold Callers to join our team for USA and UK outbound campaigns. This role involves engaging potential customers through cold calling, generating leads, and supporting our sales efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to communicate effectively in English, handle objections professionally, and consistently meet daily targets. This is an in-person position based in Cavalry Ground, Lahore.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound cold calls to potential customers in the USA and UK markets.
- Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to generate leads and sales opportunities.
- Handle objections confidently and maintain a positive attitude throughout calls.
- Meet or exceed daily call and sales targets consistently.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to improve scripts and strategies based on feedback.

Required Qualifications:
- 6 months to 2 years of experience in cold calling or telemarketing.
- Strong English communication and conversational skills.
- Proven ability to handle objections and engage potential customers effectively.
- Experience in outbound sales and lead generation.
- Self-motivated, confident, and target-oriented mindset.
- Ability to maintain detailed call records and meet daily performance goals.
