Cold Caller

Vteck Solutions is seeking confident, motivated, and English-fluent professionals to join our team as Remote Cold Callers. This role is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills and experience in cold calling who are looking for a fully remote position. The successful candidate will engage potential clients through outbound calls, representing the company professionally while working from the comfort of their own home. The position offers a competitive salary package along with attendance allowances and requires availability during evening to early morning hours.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective clients in a professional and courteous manner.
- Effectively communicate the company’s products or services to generate interest and leads.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and client interactions.
- Follow up on leads and schedule appointments as needed.
- Adhere to company scripts and guidelines while adapting communication style to suit different audiences.
- Ensure consistent performance and meet or exceed daily call targets.
- Work independently while maintaining a high level of professionalism and reliability.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in cold calling or a similar sales-related role.
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and non-verbal, with a clear accent and professional etiquette.
- Strong speaking skills with the ability to engage and persuade prospects effectively.
- Access to a reliable internet connection with a backup to avoid disruptions during work hours.
- Availability of power backup to ensure uninterrupted workflow.
- Personal laptop or computer equipped for remote work.
- Good-quality headset suitable for professional calls to ensure clear audio.
- A quiet and professional working environment conducive to focused communication.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- The position offers a salary package ranging from PKR 50,000 to 70,000, along with an attendance allowance.
- Work schedule is from 6 PM to 3 AM Pakistan Standard Time (PKT), allowing flexibility for those who prefer evening shifts.
