We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as outbound calling representatives focused on engaging prospects in the US market. The role primarily involves making outbound calls to potential clients, requiring excellent spoken English with a natural American accent. Candidates should be confident and comfortable communicating over the phone with US-based prospects. While prior sales or cold-calling experience is not mandatory, a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and confidence are essential. Training will be provided to suitable candidates to help them succeed in this role.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospects in the US market.
- Engage potential clients with clear, confident, and professional communication.
- Build rapport and maintain a positive interaction throughout the call.
- Follow call scripts and guidelines while adapting to the conversation flow.
- Record and report call outcomes accurately.

Required Qualifications:
- Excellent spoken English with a natural American accent.
- Strong communication skills and confidence on the phone.
- Comfortable interacting with US-based prospects.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and be trained.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Female candidates are preferred for this position.
- Previous sales or cold-calling experience is not required but can be an advantage.
- Emphasis is placed on accent, communication quality, confidence, and personality rather than prior sales experience.
- Competitive monthly pay ranging from Rs30,000 to Rs70,000.
- Work location is in person, providing an opportunity for direct team interaction and support.
