We are seeking an experienced cold caller and appointment setter based in Lahore to join our close-knit Upwork agency specializing in cold outreach for small and medium-sized businesses. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective clients during night shift hours.
- Set appointments and generate qualified leads for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and appointments in the company CRM.
- Demonstrate professionalism and effective communication to build trust with potential clients.
- Adhere to scheduled working hours reliably and manage time efficiently.
- Continuously improve calling techniques through feedback and training sessions.
Required Qualifications
- Fluent spoken English with clear and confident communication skills.
- Proven experience in cold calling or call center roles, preferably with appointment setting exposure.
- Serious and career-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic; punctuality and reliability are essential.
- Willingness and ability to work night shifts from 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM, Monday through Friday, including a one-hour break.
- Must be based in Lahore and able to work from our office location at 108 Orange Square, Singhpura. Candidates are encouraged to verify the office location before applying.
