Cold Caller/Appointment Setter

We are seeking motivated and skilled cold callers based in Lahore to join our team as Appointment Setters for night shifts. This role requires excellent communication skills and a professional attitude. Female candidates who are comfortable working night hours and can commute to our office location are especially encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound cold calls to potential clients to set appointments.
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor during all communications.
- Achieve daily and weekly targets for positive show-ups.
- Accurately record call details and appointment information.
- Collaborate with the team to improve calling strategies and performance.
- Adhere to the night shift schedule reliably and punctually.

Required Qualifications
- Fluent spoken English with clear and effective communication skills.
- Serious and career-oriented mindset with no tolerance for time-wasting.
- Demonstrated good work behavior, punctuality, and willingness to learn and improve.
- Ability to consistently work night shifts from 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM, Monday to Friday, including a one-hour break.
- Must be based in Lahore and able to work from the office located on the 5th floor of Orange Square, Singhpura.
