Cold Callers Needed | Base Salary + $ CAD Commissions

CompuSynex, a US-based IT, managed services, and offshore staffing company serving businesses across North America, is expanding its outbound sales team. We are seeking confident and energetic Cold Callers to join us remotely from Islamabad. The ideal candidate will engage in consistent daily calling, have meaningful conversations with decision-makers, and generate a steady flow of qualified leads and booked meetings for our sales team.

Key Responsibilities
- Make a high volume of outbound calls to businesses in the USA and Canada.
- Introduce CompuSynex’s services and spark interest among decision-makers.
- Qualify prospects and hand over warm leads or booked meetings to the sales team.
- Handle objections professionally while keeping conversations moving forward.
- Follow up with interested prospects via phone and email.
- Accurately log every call, outcome, and follow-up in the CRM system.
- Achieve daily call targets and weekly lead generation goals.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 months cold calling or outbound sales experience targeting US or Canadian clients; freshers with strong English communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Clear and confident spoken English.
- Comfortable handling rejection and motivated by achieving targets.
- Basic computer skills; experience with CRM software is an advantage.
- Willingness to work night shifts aligned with US business hours.
- Own a laptop or PC, headset, reliable internet connection, and power backup.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Fixed monthly base salary of Rs. 80,000.
- Commission paid in Canadian dollars (CAD).
