Cold Calling Agent Experienced

FizzTech Consultancy is seeking an experienced Cold Calling Agent to engage with U.S. healthcare providers and promote our Medical Billing and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cold calling, particularly within the U.S. medical billing and healthcare sector. This role requires excellent communication skills, confidence in speaking with healthcare professionals, and the ability to generate qualified leads through effective persuasion and relationship-building. The position is full-time and based in Pakistan, with remote work options available.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct cold calls to U.S. doctors, physicians, and healthcare practices to introduce FizzTech Consultancy’s billing and RCM services.
- Identify billing challenges faced by healthcare providers and uncover potential business opportunities.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings with prospective clients.
- Maintain consistent follow-ups to nurture leads and update call records accurately.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of cold-calling experience, preferably in the U.S. medical billing or RCM sector.
- Excellent spoken English and strong communication skills.
- Confidence in engaging with U.S. healthcare professionals, including doctors and physicians.
- Proven sales abilities, including persuasion and relationship-building skills.
- Professional telephone etiquette and the ability to handle objections effectively.
- Target-driven mindset with comfort working towards call and follow-up goals.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Prior experience specifically in healthcare or medical billing lead generation is highly advantageous.
