Cold Calling Agent

Mars BPO is seeking motivated and energetic Customer Sales Representatives to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales mindset, excellent communication skills, and at least one year of relevant experience. This role focuses on making outbound calls to potential customers, converting leads into sales, and contributing to the company’s overall growth. Candidates should be confident, target-driven, and able to maintain professionalism while handling customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate sales opportunities.
- Address customer queries professionally and provide accurate information.
- Consistently meet or exceed daily and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions within the company’s system.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a Call Center, BPO, or Sales environment.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Confident and target-oriented with strong persuasion and customer handling abilities.
- Self-motivated with a professional attitude towards work.

This is a full-time, in-person position based in Karachi, with working hours from 6:00 PM to 4:00 AM. The monthly salary ranges from Rs40,000 to Rs60,000, depending on experience and performance.
