Cold Calling Agent

Mars BPO is seeking motivated and energetic Customer Sales Representatives (CSR) to join our growing team in Karachi. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong sales mindset, and at least one year of relevant experience. This role focuses on making outbound calls to potential clients, effectively promoting products and services, and converting leads into successful sales to support the company’s expansion. The position requires dedication to meeting sales targets while maintaining high standards of customer service and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to customers and potential clients.
- Promote and clearly explain company products and services.
- Handle customer queries and objections professionally.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Consistently achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and call details.
- Follow campaign procedures and quality standards to ensure compliance.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum Intermediate / A-Level education.
- At least one year of experience in a call center or sales environment is preferred.
- Good spoken English communication skills.
- Strong sales and persuasive abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge to manage call records and related tasks.

This is a full-time, in-person role based in Karachi with shift hours from 6:00 PM to 4:00 AM. The salary range for this position is Rs40,000 to Rs60,000 per month, depending on experience and performance.
