About the Role We are looking for confident and motivated Cold Calling Agents to connect with prospective clients in the UK market. You will introduce our services, generate interest and help move leads forward. Key Responsibilities- Make outbound calls to prospective customers in the UK
- Introduce the company’s services clearly and professionally
- Handle questions and objections confidently
- Generate and qualify leads and pass them to the relevant team
- Maintain accurate call records and follow-ups in the CRM
- Meet daily and weekly calling and lead targets
- Fresh graduate (Marketing or a related field preferred)
- Excellent spoken English with fluent, confident delivery
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Willingness to work in the evening shift
- Basic computer skills
- Previous experience as a calling agent for the UK
- Experience in telesales, lead generation or customer support
- Basic salary plus attractive commission
