Cold Calling Agent (UK Market)

EchoNet Services is seeking motivated and confident Cold Calling Agents to join our team in Lahore, focusing on the UK market. This full-time, onsite role offers an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or those with up to one year of experience in sales or business development to start their careers. You will be responsible for reaching out to prospective clients, introducing our services, generating interest, and moving leads through the sales funnel. Strong communication skills and a target-driven mindset are essential, along with the willingness to work evening shifts.

Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers in the UK market.
- Clearly and professionally introduce the company’s services.
- Address questions and handle objections with confidence.
- Generate, qualify, and pass leads to the relevant internal teams.
- Maintain accurate call records and follow-up activities using CRM tools.
- Achieve daily and weekly calling and lead generation targets.

Required Qualifications:
- Fresh graduate, preferably in Marketing or a related field.
- Excellent spoken English with fluent and confident delivery.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Ability to thrive in a target-driven environment.
- Willingness to work evening shifts (12:00 PM – 8:00 PM or 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM).
- Basic computer literacy.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Previous experience as a calling agent targeting the UK or USA markets is advantageous.
- Experience in telesales, lead generation, or customer support is a plus.
