We are seeking motivated Sales Agents, Cold-Calling Agents, and Lead-Calling Agents to join our team at our office located in Block 7, Gulshan Iqbal, Karachi. This is a full-time, on-site position with shifts available from 10 AM to 6 PM and 3 PM to 11 PM. The role involves engaging with prospective students through cold calling and lead calling, providing guidance and counseling, pitching products, and driving sales over the phone. Candidates with relevant experience and a strong communication skill set will find this opportunity rewarding.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct cold calls and lead calls to prospective students.
- Provide accurate information and guidance to students regarding courses and programs.
- Counsel students to help them make informed decisions.
- Effectively pitch educational products and services over the phone.
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team goals.
- Maintain detailed records of calls and follow-ups.

Required Qualifications:
- Graduate or intermediate level education with relevant experience.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in cold calling or tele-sales.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle objections and close sales effectively.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Previous experience in the education sector or student counseling is an advantage.
- Competitive salary ranging from PKR 45,000 to 70,000 per month.
