Cold Calling Associate

We are seeking a confident and fluent English-speaking Cold Caller to join our team at our DHA Phase VIII, Karachi office. This is an onsite position with working hours from 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM. The successful candidate will have excellent verbal communication skills and a professional telephone manner, capable of engaging potential clients through outbound calls. While prior sales or cold-calling experience is advantageous, candidates with strong English communication skills and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply. The role involves generating leads, identifying business opportunities, and supporting the sales team by forwarding qualified prospects.

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce the company’s services.
- Communicate confidently and professionally with international prospects.
- Generate leads and identify potential business opportunities.
- Engage prospects by understanding their needs and creating interest in the company’s offerings.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and interactions using CRM software.
- Schedule appointments and forward qualified leads to the sales team.
- Consistently meet daily and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.

Required Qualifications
- Fluency in spoken English is mandatory.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence in handling outbound calls and engaging new prospects.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM tools.
- Ability to work night shifts and meet performance targets.
- A proactive attitude with a strong willingness to learn and improve.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

- Monthly salary ranging from PKR 50,000 to 60,000, depending on experience and communication skills.
